Lego ® Serious Play ® is a guided workshop in which participants are asked questions about a specific topic, a task, a strategy, a situation, etc.

Participants respond to questions by constructing symbolic and metaphorical models of their visions with Lego® pieces and present them to others.

These 3D models serve as the basis for group discussions, to share knowledge, to solve problems or to make decisions.
