Workshop with MBA students

MBA students from an online university are offered once a year the possibility of meeting in person to share experiences, visit companies and do workshops for personal development, creativity, innovation, etc.

One of these activities is a Lego © Serious Play © workshop so that they reflect on the professional change that is supposed to study an MBA. At the same time, at the university it serves to capture the reception of the program by students in their internal corporate process of continuous improvement.

Participants develop an individual model of their current professional identity. They make, individually, an MBA model (tools, resources, etc.). They then build an aspirational identity model after finishing the MBA and position it with respect to the current one.

This dynamic causes a debate in which participants can share their experience with the MBA, get to know each other more, reinforce the network of relationships they have developed throughout the program and open up new perspectives in their professional careers.
